Marblelous is a Malaysian marble table manufacturer aiming to stand out in a competitive market. Their challenge was to overcome customer doubts about marble maintenance while building a strong, premium online presence.

Marblelous wanted to strengthen their online presence through a compelling website and effective social media. Through extensive research, we identified two key hurdles:

  • Malaysian buyers were hesitant to choose marble tables over other materials, despite loving it's properties and aesthetics, due to concerns about staining and long-term maintenance.

  • The existing platforms (website, social media) lacked cohesive storytelling to convey their premium value.

By emphasizing Marblelous’s unique coating technology that offers permanent stain protection, we not only increased brand awareness but also converted hesitant buyers into loyal customers.

While most competitors focused on price and design, we used a storytelling approach to address customer doubts, leading with Marblelous’ unique stain-resistant coating before highlighting other USPs like design and durability. The copy reframed marble as a practical, luxurious choice, converting buyers from wood and glass to marble.

  1. Addressed Buyer Concerns Head-On: Highlighted Marblelous’ in-house formulated coating, which permanently protects marble from stains.

  2. Positioned Marble as Superior: Shifted the conversation from price and design to durability and luxury, converting buyers considering other table materials like wood or glass.

  3. Told a Compelling Story: Framed marble not just as a table material but as a timeless investment that combines elegance and practicality.

Social Media Marketing

We developed a social media strategy focused on combining:

  1. Striking Visuals: Highlighted the natural beauty and luxurious appeal of their marble and granite tables through captivating imagery.

  2. Educational Copy: Paired visuals with informative captions that explained the benefits of marble and their unique stain-resistant coating, helping potential customers make informed decisions.

  3. Brand Confidence: Ensured messaging consistently reflected Marblelous’ premium identity, fostering trust and desire among their audience.

Search trends show high intent and brand awareness, with frequent searches for “Marblelous Sdn Bhd,” “Marblelous PJ,” and “Marblelous Elmina Factory”, pointing to strong recall and showroom-driven interest.
