We helped MEDEFEND improve their Facebook content strategy, and helped achieve their monthly social media target within the first 2 weeks of our partnership.
MEDEFEND is an indemnity insurance scheme that is a product of Marsh Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd. Marsh were not happy with the results they were seeing on their Facebook page, and engaged us to help revamp their social media content strategy.
We extracted their Facebook metrics from September to November 2020, 3 months before we took over, and compared it against the results achieved within the first month of our partnership in December 2020, as shown below.
