Sportizza is a sport business management company with more than 10 years of experience that's currently in the process of extensive expansion plans. They also own multiple sports centres and fields across Malaysia. As such, they needed a website that could host all the necessary information about their company as well as its services and venues to customers and potential investors. Techy Apes helped to develop their website and launched it in August 2021. However, it wasn't until December 2021 that we were engaged to become their social media management agency.

Our objectives when managing their Facebook Page was to increase their reach to existing and new customers, drive potential customers to their site to view and book their sports venues, as well as to change the public's mindset from seeing Sportizza as a futsal centre to a sports centre that wasn't limited to any specific sport.

Since they are in the midst of expansion, their social media platform would also be a key channel in helping them attract new hires to grow the team quickly. Below are the results within the first month of our partnership we can already see the large increase in their site traffic.

Having a website alone without any marketing, isn't enough to help your brand presence grow online. This passive approach isn't enough to make magic happen! The simplest (and free) thing you can do is to start including your website link in your business cards and other printed collateral. You can even add it to your email sign off, and send an email to your existing business contacts to let them know that your site is up. However, if you want to increase your reach and market share, we'd recommend you look into social media management, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and/or Google Display Network (GDN) advertisements depending on your marketing budget.
